NAP

The Non-aggression Pact (NAP) is an agreement that exists between the top 4 alliances (BRO, HXH, DOG, and SDR)

The NAP provides protections for the top 4 alliances and their respective academies (bro, xhx, dog, and sdr). 

The basic rules are:

1) Do not attack cities, or resource tiles for NAP members

2) Do not scout city or resource tile for NAP members

3) Do not poach (actively recruit from member lists) from NAP members. This does not apply if a member from a NAP alliance contacts us first asking for membership. 

The fortresses and sanctuaries have been divided between NAP members. This protects you from competion from another NAP member but does not prevent lower level alliances from attempting to take a fortress or sanctuary.

Fortresses:

1 - SDR

2 - BRO

3 - HXH

4 - DOG

Sanctuaries:

1- HXH    7- BRO

2- BRO   8- HXH

3- BRO   9- SDR

4- SDR   10- SDR

5- BRO   11- HXH

6- DOG   12- DOG

Outpost have typically be free-for-all but there has been recent debate on that. As of right now all outposts we have access are ones that we can contest. Be sure to contact an R4/R5 before  attacking any outpost to ensure we have the necessary support to win the fight.
